This interlocutory application has been filed on behalf of the petitioners for condoning the delay of six days in filing the present revision application.

2. For the reasons mentioned in the interlocutory application, the same is allowed.

3. The delay in filing the present revision application is hereby condoned.

2. A time of one month is granted to the prosecution side from the date of communication of this order to prove the injury report as per the the impugned order dated 24.11.2023.

3. If such evidence is not produced by the prosecution within the aforesaid time then the trial Judge is directed to hear the parties and pronounce the judgment within two months thereafter.

4. With the aforesaid direction, this application is disposed of.

5. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the District Judge, West Champaran at Bettiah through FAX for its compliance.
