JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 04-03-2015 Petitioner will surrender before the court below and if the petitioner and the victim, who happens to be wife, reconcile the dispute, petitioner will be released on bail forthwith and even a compromise may be entered. However, the court below will make sure that the identity of the lady, who appears, is established as to the wife of the petitioner and not an impersonator.

Prayer for anticipatory bail, however, is rejected with the above observation in connection with Laukaha (Lalminiya) PS Case No.33 of 2013 pending before Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani.
