KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-11-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. This is an application for regular bail in connection with Rail Bhagalpur G.R.P.S. Case No. 177 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he was one of the three accused who had snatched Mobile Phone and cash from the pocket of the informant on the point of pistol. One of the accused, namely, Sharukh Khan , was apprehended by people at the railway station itself and he revealed the name of the petitioner and others. It is stated that there is land dispute between the parties and on account of that petitioner has been implicated in the present case. Petitioner is in custody since

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Railway, Bhagalpur, in connection with Rail Bhagalpur G.R.P.S. Case No. 177 of 2016.
