The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 341, 323, 324, 326, 307/504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case as per F.I.R is that coaccused Nagendra Paswan @ Nepali abused and assaulted the informant and his brothers. It is also

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners petitioners and the informant are agnates and in the background of some earlier dispute, the present accusation has been levelled against the petitioners. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail prayer.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District and Sessions Judge XIII, Muzaffarpur in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No. 25
