JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 13-07-2020 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Angarh P.S. Case No. 23 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 457 and 380 IPC.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in theft of motorcycle.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case was registered against unknown. The name of the petitioner surfaced on the confessional statement of co-accused. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he was not named in the FIR, the Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Let the
