Patna High Court CWJC No.15651 of 2015(3) dt.23-03-2023 2/2 of employees working in Kasturba Gandhi Girls' School, this Court in CWJC No.6490/2018 has directed the respondentauthority to give one time age relaxation to the peon/night guards/cook etc in the selection process through open advertisement conducted by the Respondents.

2. The Court also observed that the interview committee will consider the experience of candidates who have rendered their long services in Kasturba Gandhi School.

3. In the present case, the fact is that the petitioners were appointed in the year 2008 and their services were dispensed with in the year 2014.

4. In view of the fact that the identical writ application being CWJC No. 6490/2018 has been disposed with certain direction/observation, accordingly, this writ application is also disposed exactly in terms of order passed in CWJC No. 6490/2018.
