The petitioner has filed the instant application for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 302, 201, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the allegation in the F.I.R., informant came to know that co-accused persons have thrown his son in the lane in injured condition. The allegation against the petitioner along with other co-accused persons is that they are making plan to dispose the body of informant's son. When the informant took his son to

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner rather the allegation levelled against her is general and omnibus. She has no concern with the alleged offence. Moreover, the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 10.11.2022. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for Bail.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner is a lady as well as period under custody, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Deepnagar P.S. Case No. 518 of 2022 on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18913 of 2023(2) dt.18-05-2023 3/3 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda, Biharsharif.
