The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Kazi Mohammadpur P.S. Case No. 199 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 30(a), 38 and 36 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
