2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chhatauni P.S. Case No. 347 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act.

3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that three country made pistols have been recovered from the petitioner and subsequently one more country made pistol has been recovered. Two cases have been filed. In the connected matter, the bail application of the petitioner has already been rejected.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner is a criminal who is supplying illegal arms to other criminals, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
