JUSTICE JITENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 11-03-2026 The present petition has been preferred by the petitioner for cancellation of bail granted to the Opposite Parties, Rakesh Kumar Singh @ Tufani Singh and Shailesh Kumar Singh @ Dara Singh @ Shailesh, vide order dated 04.012.2024 which was modified by the order dated 25.06.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. 40610 of 2025 arising out of Cr. Misc. No. 81599 of 2024.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both the Opposite Parties, Rakesh Kumar Singh @ Tufani Singh and Shailesh Kumar Singh @ Dara Singh @ Shailesh have some criminal antecedents in addition to disclosed ones, but they have

3. However, the consequence of concealment of criminal antecedents has already been stipulated in the impugned order dated 04.12.2024 whereby the petitioner has remedy to move the court below for cancellation of bail bonds of the Opposite Parties.
4. Hence, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move appropriate application before learned court below for cancellation of bail bonds of the Opposite parties, Rakesh Kumar Singh @ Tufani Singh and Shailesh Kumar Singh @ Dara Singh @ Shailesh.
