Patna High Court LPA No.774 of 2016 dt.11-07-2017 2/2 independently, in accordance with law.

Letters Patent Appeal No. 774 of 2016 In view of the order passed today in L.P.A. No. 769 of 2016, the order dated 15.03.2016 passed by the Writ Court in C.W.J.C. No. 905 of 2016 has been upheld by us and we see no reason to make any interference into the matter. Finding that it is a dispute between the Managing Committee, if the learned Writ Court has directed for freezing the account of the institute and directed the parties to take recourse by approaching the Civil Court, no error has been committed by the Writ Court, warranting reconsideration. The appeal stands dismissed.
