Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Jadia P.S. Case No. 169 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 365, 368, 386, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the truck of informant was overtaken by Maruti Alto Car in which three persons were sitting. It is alleged that they snatched Rs. 8,500/- from his possession. It is submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. In fact, the truck hit the alleged car and

No.15944 of 2020(2) dt.14-07-2020 2/2 when the FIR named accused persons demanded to pay the cost of repair the car of the informant and truck driver fled away from the place of occurrence and lodged the present case. Altogether, seven witnesses have been examined in which all the witnesses became hostile. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Ist, Supaul in connection with Jadia P.S. Case No. 169 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) vinita/- U T
