The petitioner has been in custody since 30.06.2017 in connection with Kartahan P.S. Case No. 30 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 353, 332, 333 and 337 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only because the petitioner had protested against the rash and negligent act whereby one person has been run down by the police vehicle, the petitioner was taken into custody and was remanded in several other cases though prior to his arrest in connection with the present case, he had no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that there is no specific allegation

Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-V, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Kartahan P.S. Case No. 30 of 2017.
