20-02-2015 Heard Sri Mukesh Kumar Rana, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The petitioner, who apprehends his arrest in connection with Narpatganj Police Station Case No. 172 of 2014 registered for the offence under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail.
I have perused the F.I.R. and the impugned order. I do not find any ground for extending the privilege of anticipatory bail.
The bail petition stands dismissed.
