1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned A.P.P. for the State, at the outset, submits that the petitioner stands implicated in a case which involves punishment of less than seven years to which learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned A.P.P., the anticipatory bail application is disposed of in terms of the order dated 13.02.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 3536 of 2024 (Naushad Ansari Versus The State of Bihar).

5. The petitioner shall be at liberty to file a representation before the Superintendent of Police of the district and the Investigating Officer of the case within three weeks and the Superintendent of Police of the district shall ensure that the investigating officer of the case adheres to the directions contained in the order dated 13.02.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 3536 of 2024 Naushad Ansari (supra).

6. In the event, it comes to the notice of the Court that the direction contained in Naushad Ansari's case has been flouted in that event action in accordance with law shall be initiated in terms of the order dated 13.02.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 3536 of 2024 itself.
