2. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Fatehpur (Gurpa O.P.) P.S. Case No. 240 of 2019 lodged on 28.10.2019, for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 354, 379, 504 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution, FIR has been lodged against 5 named accused persons including the present petitioner. The specific allegation against the petitioner is that he has tried to outrage the modesty of the informant's gotni.

4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Counsel submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he was only a member of mob. Counsel further submits that other coaccused persons have been granted bail by the Co-ordinate

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22721 of 2025(2) dt.01-05-2025 2/2 Bench of this Court vide order dated 22.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.13376 of 2023 with direction that petitioners shall pay Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) to the informant as medical assistance.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner but submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

6. As such, considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Trial Court within a period of 4 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M-X, Gaya, in connection with Fatehpur (Gurpa O.P.) P.S. Case No. 240 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
