2. The petitioner seek bail in connection with Sakurabad P.S. Case No. 221 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 467, 468, 420, 413, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner was caught with stolen motorcycle. He is in jail custody since 05.11.2023. He is also accused in other cases.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned

5. The petitioner shall mark his attendance in Hulasganj Police station on each Sunday of every month and any default in his attendance in the concerned police station, as aforesaid, would be resulted into cancellation of his bail bonds.
