Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,149,353,307 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Sections 16,17,18,20,23 of U.A.P.Act.

Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is named alongwith 63 others in the FIR. Co-accused-Ram Saran Yadav @ Ram Saran Ravi having identical allegation has been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide Annexure-2.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the

No.20208 of 2019(3) dt.04-06-2019 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Kajra Police Station Case No.31 of 2018, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
