The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 269 of 2014, registered under Sections 420, 419, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has come on confessional statement of one of the co-accused Ravi Ranjan Kumar from whose possession forged railway pass has been recovered.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of four weeks from today in the court below shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda, in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 269 of 2014, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of Cr.P.C. m.p.
