After having perused the order, dated 12.07.2017, passed by the Vice Chancellor, Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Darbhanga, in compliance of this Court's order, dated 05.11.2014, passed in CWJC No. 15301 of 2010, violation of which is being complained of in the present application, I am of the view that no case of contempt of this Court is made out. This application stands dismissed.
