====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 28-03-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

The petitioners seek bail in Rampur P.S. Case No. 479 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section (s) 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that co-accused Pawan Kumar had kidnapped minor daughter of the informant namely, Illu Kumari.

The victim girl after recovery has given statement under Section 164 Cr. P.C. wherein she has levelled specific allegation against Pawan Kumar of kidnapping and committing illegal act with her.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17489 of 2019(2) dt.28-03-2019 2/2 Counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are brothers of Pawan Kumar. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners that when the informant went to make complaint, she was abused and assaulted by them. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 479 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioners. (Sanjay Priya, J) S.Ali/- U T
