The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Excise Case No. 369 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a) and 41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Recovery of 504 litres of illicit liquor has been made from the paddy field and the petitioner was seen running away from the place of occurrence.

In view of the allegations levelled against the petitioner, this anticipatory bail application is not maintainable in view of the judgment of the Full Bench of this Court in the case of Ram Binay Yadav Vs. The State of Bihar reported in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18861 of 2022(2) dt.22-04-2022 2/2 [2019 (2) PLJR 1089 (Full Bench)]. Accordingly, it is dismissed as not maintainable.
