The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 498A and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was married with the complainant 12 years ago. The wife has already filed maintenance case. In pursuance of the order passed in maintenance case, the petitioner is paying maintenance to his wife thereafter the wife has filed this case.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of

No.31148 of 2015 (2) dt.31-07-2015 2/2 receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in Complaint Case No. 46 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
