The petitioner wants to renew his prayer of bail, which was earlier rejected vide order dated 25.05.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 19692 of 2017, on the ground that the petitioner is in custody since 16.02.2017 and further co-accused Mananjay Kumar Pandey has already been allowed bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 42057 of 2017 by another co-ordinate Bench of this court and as such the petitioner deserves sympathetic consideration. Learned APP opposes the prayer of bail by submitting that on the basis of disclosure made by the petitioner the skeleton of Rahul Mishra was recovered.

In the facts and circumstances stated above, finding no good ground for reconsideration of the prayer of bail of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59955 of 2017(2) dt.13-12-2017 2/2 petitioner, again his such prayer stands rejected in Sessions Trial No. 109 of 2017 pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Buxar.

However, learned trial court is again directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible, preferably within six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, failing which, the petitioner, if at no fault, may be at liberty to renew his prayer of bail.
