The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.1584(C) of 2012, corresponding to Tr. No. 3734 of 2012 registered under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

Both the learned counsels submitted that the matter was referred to Mediation Centre, Patna High Court and both parties have resolved the dispute and a photo copy has been filed in this regard which is kept in record.

In view of submission of both the learned counsels and photo copy of agreement between the parties in the Mediation Centre, Patna High Court, the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order shall be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39400 of 2014 (3) dt.21-04-2015 bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Ara, in connection with Complaint Case No. 1584(C) of 2012 corresponding to Tr. No. 3734 of 2012, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of Cr.P.C. m.p.
