The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No.93 of 2021 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the police being inimical to the petitioner has falsely implicated him in the present case. The petitioner is absolutely innocent and has committed no offence.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail by contending that 45 litres of country made liquor has been recovered from the house of the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner does not deserve anticipatory bail. Having considered the facts aforesaid, this Court is
