JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER 27-07-2015 At the outset, it is submitted that charge-sheet has been filed against the petitioner only in respect of non-bailable offences and he is on Police bail.

2. In that view of matter and having regard to the decision of the Hon'ble Division Bench reported in the case of Bishundeo Sahu Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors. [2011 (1) PLJR 731], the present bail petition is held to be not maintainable.

3. Let the petitioner surrender before the court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnia in connection with K. Hat P.S,. Case No. 287 of 2015.

4. The bail petition stands disposed of.
