The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 48/2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/149/341/308/337/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the trivial nature of dispute and facts and circumstances of the case, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioners above named be

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29033 of 2021(3) dt.23-12-2021 2/2 released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Bikaramganj, Rohtas, in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 48/2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
