2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 427, 448, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and later on, Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was added.

3. Earlier, the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner was rejected six times. Lastly, the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner was rejected by this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 07.07.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17255 of 2021.

4. In pursuance to direction of this Hon'ble Court dated 16.05.2025, a report with regard to present stage of trial has been received. Perusal of the trial court report dated 22.07.2025 reveals that after hearing full length arguments of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20353 of 2025(3) dt.07-08-2025 2/2 both sides, the matter has already been fixed for judgment on 01.08.2025.

5. Considering the nature of accusation, gravity of offence and progress of trial, the prayer for grant bail of to the petitioner is rejected.
