2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the writ petition be disposed off with a direction to Magadh University to take a final decision on the representation filed by the petitioners, copies of which have been made Annexures-10 and 11 of the writ application.

3. Having considered the matter, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the petitioners that, if so desired, they may file fresh representation before the Vice Chancellor of Magadh University within four weeks from today

Patna High Court CWJC No.16859 of 2016 dt.01-08-2017 3/3 along with a copy of this order with regard to the subject matter of the present writ application. They shall be at liberty to raise all points available to them in their representation. The same shall be considered and disposed off within two months from the date of filing of such representation.

It goes without saying that if the representations are finally disposed off in favour of the petitioners, consequential follow up action shall also be taken within the next two months.
