1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 137(2), 140(3) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. The informant and the victim are present in the court along with the Investigating Officer of the case. The victim at the outset submits that she is a major aged about 19 and 1⁄2 years and on her own volition had performed her marriage with the petitioner and under parental pressure, got her statement recorded under section 183 BNSS and she is leading a peaceful and a happy conjugal life with Nagendra. The informant, who is also present in the court submits that since children have performed their marriage, as such he has reconciled to fate and does not oppose the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner i.e. Nagendra.

Learned counsel for the petitioner at this stage submits that since petitioner and victim have performed their marriage and the same is not denied by the victim and even informant is not objecting the anticipatory bail application, as such no useful purpose would be served by sending the petitioner to jail.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State also concurs with the said submissions.

6. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Ben P.S. Case No.242 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) B.N.S.S.

7. The personal appearance of the I.O., informant and victim is dispensed with.
