The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Ara Muffasil P.S. Case No. 210 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 409 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Mukhiya of Gram Panchayat, Daulatpur had made the provisional order after following the guideline. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that at the time the said orders were made, there was no specific guideline that it has to be purchased from some particular agency.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30270 of 2015 (2) dt.05-08-2015 2/2 arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri A.K. Manji, learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Ara in connection with Ara Muffasil P.S. Case No. 210 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
