The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Section 414 of the I.P.C. and Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. It is contended that, as per allegation, altogether 945 litres foreign liquor was recovered from a pick up van and from the house of one Nawal Rai. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner claims that he is in custody since 20.09.2017.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the abovenamed petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53202 of 2017(2) dt.09-11-2017 2/2 satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge II -cum- Special Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Jurawanpur P.S. Case No. 47/2017.

Further, if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found to be involved in similar nature of case then the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bond.
