The petitioner is in custody in connection with Special Case No. 1696 of 2019 arising out of Didarganj P.R. P.S. Case No. 163 of 2019 for the offense under Section 30 (a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that in the instant case total 17.040 liters was seized. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that mandatory requirements of provisions of Section 100 Cr. PC was not followed in preparing the seizure list. He submits that petitioner is in custody since 18.02.2019.

Case No. 163 of 2019.
