The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No.01/2015 for allegedly having committed the offence under Section 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already retired in the year 2010 and has given full charge to the other Panchayat Sachiv on 31.12.2010. Considering the nature of allegations against the petitioner and that the case is now of the year 2015, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30213 of 2015 (2) dt.06-08-2015 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Munger, in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No.01/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
