Petitioner is in jail custody since 11.11.2019 in connection with N.T.P.C. P.S. Case No. 26 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 354, 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of D.P. Act.
The written report of the informant reflects that at the time of filing written report she was aged about 21 years. Moreover, the informant claims in her written report that petitioner established physical relation with her eight years ago on false pretext of marriage but subsequently, he refused to solemnize the marriage. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with N.T.P.C. P.S. Case No. 26 of 2019.
