The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 574(C) of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though there was serious differences between the petitioner and opposite party no. 2, but however, the petitioner is still ready and willing to keep the opposite party no. 2 as his wife with full dignity and honour and is also undertaking that there shall be no recurrence of any untoward act or incident so as to prejudice her or cause any mental pressure.

No.37269 of 2014 (2) dt.08-04-2015 2 / 2 Considering the aforementioned submissions, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Sadar, Munger, in connection with Complaint Case No. 574C of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.
