2. The petitioner seek bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 458 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Dacoity of Rs. 1,19,60,777/- has been committed in H.D.F.C. Bank, Jadua Branch, Hajipur and the petitioner is in jail since 19.07.2021.

4. During course of investigation, materials have come to connect with the petitioner with the alleged crime. He is accused in similar other cases.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application stands dismissed. The learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial.
