Though the petitioner prays for appropriate direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Collector, West Champaran to include the name of the petitioner in the panel of daily wagers for the purpose of regularization by granting age relaxation but the statement made by the petitioner at paragraph 13 itself is sufficient to reject his prayer for the petitioner himself has admitted that he worked as a daily wage Peon until 1.4.1999 intermittently and came before this Court in C.W.J.C.No.8782 of 1999 seeking a direction for payment of his dues which was disposed of on 3.1.2005 vide Annexure-2. It is a
Patna High Court CWJC No.143 of 2017 dt.12-09-2017 2/2 matter of record that the petitioner never chose to claim a relief for regularization in the said writ which he seeks to raise after more than a decade later. No case for indulgence is made out in the circumstances discussed.
The writ petition is disposed of.
