The petitioner has been in custody since 31.03.2018 in connection with Sultangunj P.S. Case No. 388/2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/149/323/341/325/ 307/384/385/448 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a general and omnibus allegation has been attributed to all the accused persons and no specific role has been attributed to the present petitioner. It is further submitted that similarly situated persons (Md. Dablu @ Md. Equabal and Md. Jabbar) have since been extended the privilege of regular bail vide order dated 30.05.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27087 of 2018. Considering the aforementioned facts and

Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 388/2017.
