JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-01-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State as also the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the informant. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Amdabad PS Case No. 149 of 2017 registered under Sections 304B and 120B of the IPC.

Submission is that the petitioner is elder brother of the deceased's husband living separately, the dead body was found from the room of the deceased's husband and similarly situated younger brother of the deceased's husband was admitted to bail by this Court. Charge-sheet has been submitted in this case. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Md. Mohsin @ Mohsin is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri D. Singh, Judicial Magistrate, lst Class, Katihar in connection with Amdabad PS Case No. 149 of 2017.
