In the present case, the petitioners are seeking bail in Sandesh P.S. Case No. 18 of 2014 registered for offence punishable under Sections 304 (B), 120/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the co-accused including the petitioners is to have killed the sister of the informant, Renu Devi, by administering poison and disposing her dead body, however, counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner no. 1 is 'Bhaisur' and the petitioner no. 2 is 'Devar' of the deceased and they had not concerned at all with the affairs of

It is urged that father-in-law, mother-in-law and another 'Bhaisur' have already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 25.10.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 62549 of 2019 and they are in judicial custody since 25.01.2020.

Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above-named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Sanesh P.S.
