Having regard to the fact that the petitioner in this writ application has assailed an order of transfer but as he was holding the contractual appointment and his such contractual appointment has already been terminated, this writ application on account of the aforesaid subsequent event has become infructuous. The only left over grievance of the petitioner that he was also not paid salary/ TA & DA for the period he was allowed to work prior to termination of his service is an aspect which should be examined by the authorities and if there is any admissible

Patna High Court CWJC No.18128 of 2014 (2) dt.17-07-2015 amount payable to the petitioner for the working period, the same should be paid and if the same is denied at least reason thereof should be intimated to the petitioner. This exercise should, however, be completed within a period of three months from the date of filing of the representation by the petitioner explaining his claim alongwith a copy of this order.

With the aforementioned observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
