1. The petitioners have filed the instant application alleging contempt of order dated 8.9.2020 passed in CWJC no.
Patna High Court MJC No.990 of 2021(15) dt.06-12-2024 3/3 19809 of 2019.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though the petitioner nos. 11 and 16 died during pendency of this application, however a total of 16 out of the 18 petitioners have been paid their dues by the opposite party which include the heirs of the petitioner nos. 11 and 16. Petitioner nos. 9 and 17 have still not been paid their dues, however details of their bank accounts have been given by way of Annexure in the reply of the petitioners to the show cause filed on behalf of opposite party nos. 2 to 5.
3. Learned counsel for the opposite party submits that steps have already been taken for payment to all the petitioners including the petitioner nos. 9 and 17 and the payment will be made soon.
4. In view of the above, the Court finds no reason to keep this contempt application pending and the same stands disposed of expecting that the payment dues to the petitioner nos. 9 and 17 shall be made within a period of 3 months. (Partha Sarthy, J) Harsh/- U
