For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Gopal Swaroop Dubey, Advocate For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Ganesh Pd. Singh, APP =========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 20-07-2015 The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order of nondischarge dated 22.5.2015 passed by the Additional District & Sessions Judge IV, Buxar in Sessions Trial No.54 of 2015 arising out of Brahmpur P.S. case No.287 of 2014.

Having considered the facts of the case, I do not find any merit in the application. The same is dismissed. The Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously without granting unnecessary adjournments to any party, for which reason he shall send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for each witness for their examination along with a copy of this order to the S.P., Buxar, who is directed to ensure the attendance of the witnesses on the date fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in the trial.
