2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case no. 355 of 2025 registered under sections 191(2), 190, 329(4), 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109, 303(2) and 351(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. As per the prosecution case, the informant states that while she along with her family members were at home, the five named accused persons came and started to assault her father-in-law. Thereafter there was some altercation between the

The informant further states that on shutting the door to their house, besides the five named accused persons, ten other named accused persons including the petitioner herein started to throw stones etc on the house as a result of which the sister-in-law (gotni) of the informant sustained injuries.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case because of local/village rivalry. The allegation against the petitioner are general and omnibus in nature. There is an unexplained delay in lodging of the FIR. The petitioner is in custody since 4.11.2025 and undertakes to cooperate in the investigation/trial.
5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegation against the petitioner in the FIR, the allegations being general and omnibus in nature, his being in custody for more than four months since 4.11.2025 and chargesheet having been submitted in the case, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case no. 355 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17705 of 2026(2) dt.25-03-2026 3/3 the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad.
