Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case is that on theft being committed in the house of the informant, First Information Report was lodged against four persons including the petitioner.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that only on suspicion the petitioner has been roped in the present case. For the occurrence of 13.03.2014 the First Information Report was registered on 20.03.2014. The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29984 of 2015 (2) dt.29-07-2015 petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 155 of 2014, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran. With this observation this application is disposed of.
