The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 138 of N.I. Act.

The cheque issued by the husband of petitioner no. 1 allegedly bounced. Subsequently, the parties have entered into a compromise.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (rupees twenty
