The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 379, 147, 149, 341, 342, 323 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that there is dispute with regard to cooking in the marriage. Seven accused persons came, when co-accused Satyendra Bhagat caught hold of the husband of the informant and co-accuseds Sanjay Bhagat and Dharmendra Bhagat snatched Rs. 30,000/- from his pocket and sat on his chest, as a result bleeding was started and succumbed to the injury.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the

No.33782 of 2015 (2) dt.31-08-2015 petitioners that petitioners have been roped maliciously and the specific accusation is against co-accuseds Satyendra Bhagat and Dharmendra Bhagat. Co-accused Buxar Bhagat has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 12381 of 2015. Considering the fact that accusation of assault is not against the petitioners, who are ladies, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 334 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) P.K./- U T
