Petitioner is in custody in connection with Excise Case No. 05 of 2019 for the offence Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

In the instant case total 315.720 liters of foreign liquor was seized.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 11.1.2019. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal
